About

A New Zealand hop released in 2004, bred from First Choice and late-harvest Old Line Saazer. It is a high-alpha variety with a clean citrus and herbal character (fresh lime, black pepper, earthy), well suited to bittering in lagers and pale ales while still contributing subtle citrus and herbaceous notes late. A NZ bittering workhorse, often paired with more aromatic NZ hops carrying the late additions.
