About

Released in 2012 as a daughter of Simcoe, Mosaic is named for its complex, multi-faceted aroma that layers tropical, earthy and citrus notes. High alpha acids make it efficient for bittering while it still delivers exceptional late aroma, and its layered profile means it works well as a solo showcase hop in modern American IPA.
