About

One of the most influential US craft hop varieties of the modern era, developed by the Hop Breeding Company (a Yakima Chief / John I. Haas venture) and released in 2008. It delivers intense citrus and tropical aroma alongside very high alpha acids, and has become a dominant variety in American and hazy IPA. The name reflects its citrus-forward character; it is at its best from the whirlpool onward.
