About
The New Zealand-grown selection of Cascade, sold as Taiheke. It keeps the familiar Cascade citrus and floral character but adds a distinctly NZ tropical lift, leaning more to passionfruit and less to the assertive grapefruit of US Cascade. A versatile, gentle aroma hop for late and dry-hop additions across pale ales, IPAs and even sour and porter aroma work.
