About

A New Zealand triploid aroma hop (brand 87.14-20) bred by crossing a NZ selection with Saazer, part of the 'Hops with a Difference' programme and named for the Motueka region. It is known for a fresh 'Mojito' lime character: a lively, intense fresh lime up front, followed by tropical fruit and lemon zest. Lighter and more delicate than Riwaka or Nectaron, it is extremely versatile from kettle to dry hop and shines in clean, light grain bills.
