About

A German high-alpha bittering hop from the Hüll research facility, and the benchmark clean bittering hop: neutral, smooth and efficient. Its aromatic oils boil off at 60 minutes, so it contributes no discernible flavour or aroma late, which is exactly the point — it gives a clean bitterness foundation under any aroma hop, in any style, without fighting for character.
