About

A German dual-purpose hop with delicate floral, fruit, spice and mint tones. It is notable for very high humulene and farnesene (among the highest of the classic 58 varieties), which give it a distinctly herbal, noble character. Clean and reliable, it works as both a bittering foundation and a late herbal/floral note in German lagers, Kölsch and pilsners.
