About

A dry lager yeast positioned as a clean, crisp strain that competes directly with SafLager W-34/70. It produces very low levels of off-flavours at standard lager temperatures and suits a wide range of lager styles from Helles and Pilsner through Märzen and Dunkel. Some H₂S (sulphur) is normal early on and dissipates with conditioning.

Brewing tips

  • Ferment at 10–12°C for the cleanest character; raise to ~18°C for a 2–3 day diacetyl rest before cold-crashing.
  • Some sulphur (H₂S) is expected and clears during conditioning.
  • Benefits from extended cold lagering for clarity and a rounded finish.
