About
A dry lager yeast positioned as a clean, crisp strain that competes directly with SafLager W-34/70. It produces very low levels of off-flavours at standard lager temperatures and suits a wide range of lager styles from Helles and Pilsner through Märzen and Dunkel. Some H₂S (sulphur) is normal early on and dissipates with conditioning.
