About
Released by Oregon State University's breeding programme in 2019 (experimental designation OS 349) and named for its layered complexity. Strata is distinctive for an unusual combination of tropical, dank and cannabis-like aromas, and quickly gained a following in US craft for that intense, novel character. Most expressive at late-addition stages; the dank/cannabis note is intentional and may not suit every style.
