About
A New Zealand dual-purpose hop from Plant & Food Research, released in 2014, with a tropical and citrus-forward profile: melon, passionfruit, lime and lychee over herbal and spicy undertones, and a pine note. It works across late boil, whirlpool and dry hop, and suits NZ-style pale ales and IPAs where a clean tropical lift is wanted.
