bittering · United States
US bittering hop bred by Indie Hops (Oregon, released 2017) — daughter of Nugget. Designed for clean, smooth bittering without aromatic intensity, so it doesn't compete with the flavour and aroma hops in a Pale Ale or IPA. Pairs well with NZ aroma hops like Nectaron and Superdelic when those varieties carry the late and dry hop work.

About
A US bittering hop bred by Indie Hops in Oregon (released 2017) as a daughter of Nugget. It is bred for clean, smooth bittering with restrained aroma — a 'set and forget' bittering hop for hop-forward beers, so the late and dry-hop additions define the aroma without bittering-hop noise underneath. Aroma, when present, runs to pine, evergreen and light citrus.
