About
A modern high-alpha American dual-purpose hop (formerly HBC 366) with a complex, intensely fruity and herbal character: citrus, melon, berry, papaya and lime. Its very high alpha makes it efficient for bittering, while its concentrated oil delivers strong flavour and aroma in late additions and dry hop, which makes it a flexible single-hop or stacking variety in modern IPA.
