New Zealand craft dry yeast from Froth Tech. An ale yeast selected for use in hop-forward and fruity ales. Known for thiol activity and tropical fruit ester production, making it well-suited to IPAs and pale ales using high-precursor NZ hops. High attenuation with moderate flocculation.
