Gladfield Supernova Malt
Gladfield's roasted crystal malt made from Canterbury winter barley. Adds nutty, toasted caramel flavours and deep amber colour. Used as an alternative to traditional crystal malts — contributes similar body but with less residual sweetness. Suits IPAs, pale ales, amber ales, and porters.
