Gladfield Dark Chocolate Malt
Deeply roasted NZ barley malt. Contributes intense chocolate, coffee, and dark bitter notes with minimal residual sweetness. Used at low rates (1–5%) to add depth and colour to dark ales, stouts, and high-gravity Belgians.
