About
Lager Light Malt is given a gentler kilning cycle to produce a lower-coloured base malt, made specifically for all-malt lagers where a pale colour is wanted. It has a sweet, clean flavour and can serve as the base for any style; paired with Gladfield Wheat Malt it makes a delicate, bright wheat beer with minimal colour pickup.
