Gladfield Aurora Malt
Gladfield's aromatic sub-base malt, also known as Honey and Melanoidin Malt. A long traditional germination followed by a carefully controlled kilning creates rich Maillard reactions, producing bready, fruit cake aromas and an orange-red colour. Usable up to 100%.
