About

The lighter of Weyermann's two standard Munich malts. It carries a pronounced malt flavour and a deep golden-to-light-amber colour, lending richness and bready depth, yet retains enough diastatic power to serve as a primary base malt up to 100% in traditional Munich-style lagers. Used in part, it adds malt complexity and colour to almost any beer.
