About
Flaked wheat from Harraways, a Dunedin grain processor — a convenient NZ-sourced adjunct that brings wheat character without the mess of raw wheat flour. The pre-gelatinised flakes add protein for haze, body and a mildly tart wheat note, and go straight into the mash. Functionally identical to generic flaked wheat, with local sourcing.
