About
Gladiator is Gladfield's dextrin malt (their Carapils-style malt), carrying a high proportion of unfermentable sugars. Those dextrins survive fermentation to add foam stability, body and mouthfeel without contributing meaningful colour or flavour — a way to build a fuller, better-retaining beer while keeping it pale and clean.
