Pre-gelatinised flaked oats supplied by Gladfield. They add the silky, full mouthfeel and protein-driven haze that define modern hazy IPAs, plus body and soft oat character in oatmeal stouts and wheat beers. Being pre-gelatinised they go straight into the mash and convert on the base malt's enzymes.

Usage
Add directly to the mash with a diastatic base malt; no cereal cooking needed. Typical 5–20% for silkiness and haze. Being husk-free, oat or barley hulls help the lauter run at the higher end of the range.
