About

A pale Belgian candi syrup (D-45). Inverted sugar with golden colour and a subtle dried-fruit and honey warmth from light Maillard development. It ferments out completely, boosting gravity and adding a touch of Belgian aroma and colour without the body or residual sweetness of malt — ideal for blondes and Belgian pale ales where the yeast should stay in the foreground.
